Our outdoor gym is open to everyone aged 14 years old and above and gives you the opportunity to workout at a time that suits your schedule.
We've listed below the equipment you'll see at the gym but there is signage throughout with QR tag technology linking to instructional videos on how to safely use the equipment will also aid users.
To prepare and help you put together a workout appropriate to your fitness levels and abilities there is an App you can download with recommended routines, pre-designed workouts and exercises, descriptions of the equipment and monitoring to track your progress. Outdoor Gym Equipment
Perfect for working all leg muscles at a leisurely pace, giving you a great warm up to any workout undertaken on the hydraulic stations. Only 1 user can use at a time and 1 activity is to be performed.
Perfect for a cardio warm up or cool down exercise, allowing users to gently work their leg muscles. With no piston resistance, this station can accommodate 1 user at a time and the main activity is gentle cycling.
Chin Up & Dip Station
A multi-activity station which focuses on developing upper body muscles and particularly the back, triceps and biceps. With no piston resistance the chin up and dip station can be used a variety of ways depending on the strength and ability of the user. More than 1 user can exercise on the station at the same time.
Hydraulic Shoulder Press
Developed to specifically target and define the shoulder and arm muscles. The bi-directional piston offers a resistance of between 10-35kg and has 2 different activities on it. The equipment can only be used by 1 user at a time.
Hydraulic Arm Curl
Developed to specifically target and define the arm muscles. The uni-directional piston offers a resistance of between 10-60kg and only 1 activity can be undertaken on it which is pulling up the bar with your arm muscles and then dropping this back down to repeat the exercise. The equipment can only be used by 1 user at a time.
Hydraulic Leg Press
Works all of the leg muscle groups for strength and definition. It is bi-directional when using the kit and more than 1 activity can take place on the equipment. It has a piston resistance of 10-50 kg. This equipment can be used by 1 user at a time.
This station provides a targeted workout for your legs, abs and glutes. The piston is bi-directional offering a resistance of between 10-50kg. This equipment is for only 1 user at a time. The squat machines has up to 3 activities that can be undertaken on it.
Hydraulic Rowing Machine
This piston resistance rower has been developed to specifically target the arm and leg muscles via rowing. Bi-directional. Only 1 user can use at a time and 1 activity is to be performed.
Hydraulic Chest Press
The Hydraulic Chest Press has been developed to specifically target and define all chest muscles. The bi-directional piston offers a resistance of between 5-20kg and has 2 different activities on it. The equipment can only be used by 1 user at a time.
